国家知識産権局はこのほど、「知的財産権鑑定機関名簿」の第2次入選機関を発表した。
通知によれば、知的財産権侵害紛争対応のための鑑定機関バンクを充実させ、鑑定業務の更なる推進を図るため、同局は関連規定に基づき第2次入選機関の選定を実施した。この過程で、推薦、審査、意見募集、社会への公示を経て、最終的に8つの機関が選定された。
新たに名簿に登録された機関は以下の通りである。中国信息通信研究院、国家工業情報安全発展研究センター、中国電子信息産業発展研究院、上海漢光知的財産データ科技有限公司、深圳市公標知的財産鑑定評価センター、上海市知的財産サービスセンター、北京市菲沃徳知的財産コンサルティング有限公司、山東特許工学有限公司。
今回の名簿追加により、知的財産権鑑定の専門性がさらに強化され、知的財産権侵害紛争の効率的な解決につながることが期待される。
